The third annual People of the Global Majority in the Outdoors, Nature and Environment (PGM ONE) summit will take place at the International House in Philadelphia, PA from May 8-10, 2019.
Tier I: $250
This registration option is for employees and groups from smaller nonprofit organizations, or individuals who cannot afford to cover the unsubsidized registration option.
Tier II: $400
You work for a larger non-profit, government, educational institution or NGO and your organization is paying for the cost of your registration. By registering at this level, you are paying the actual per person cost to attend the PGM ONE conference.
Tier III: $650
You work for a foundation or business that has a budget for conferences or are an individual with the means to cover the actual per person cost of the conference plus the subsidized rate for other attendees. This registration level will support yourself and a scholarship applicant to attend the PGM ONE summit.
Tier IV: $1,000
You are an organization or individual who wants to spread PGM ONE to as many people as possible by supporting those who are not able to afford the full conference registration fee. This registration level will support yourself and three scholarship applicants to attend the PGM ONE summit.
SCHOLARSHIPS & PAYMENT PLAN
We're excited to announce the PGM ONE Queer and Trans People of Color Scholarship. Ten scholarships will be offered to queer and trans people in the PGM ONE community. Scholarships cover registration for the event and a $250 travel stipend. Applications are due on Feb. 18th. Recipients will be notified by March 1.

We know that conference attendance can be costly. We are happy to announce a payment plan for those who need to break up the cost over time. Please contact Grace Anderson at email@example.com to sign up.
The online registration system is set up to accept major credit cards. Credit card payments are preferred. If you are are unable to pay by credit card, select the Invoice payment option and complete and print out your registration form and send along with a check made payable to the "Earth Island Institute"" and and write “PGM ONE" in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to:

Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of your check. All checks need to be received by April 25, 2019 to activate your registration for the conference.
Cancellations requested before March 1 are eligible for a refund less a $50 cancellation fee for each registration.
After March 1, cancellations will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
Failure to appear at the conference will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee.
Requests to substitute registrations can be processed until April 26th.
